Matthew P. Roden

Matthew P. Roden is a decorated veteran of the United States Air Force and a 40-year veteran of the corporate aircraft industry in the United States. From refueling tankers and operating jet fighters he has earned his wings many times over.

Matt resides in Wilmington, Delaware and is an active participant in the Roden Leadership Center. We welcome his involvement and are grateful for his contributions at a cultural and leadership training level.
